Stage

V7's unit of both the customer experience and the service architecture: each Stage is a standalone product that can be distributed independently via API, and is built as if it will be sold separately. Stages run in build order, S1 → S4 — so build priority is carried by the sequence itself and doesn't need a separate axis. Five named stages: S1 Core (MVP, anonymous experience), Late S1 (MVP, authenticated layer), S2 (Report & Deepen), S3 (Nurture), S4 (Scale + Purchase).
