MVP Line
The divider marking what ships first: build priority is carried entirely by the S1 → S4 build-order sequence, so the MVP line doesn't need to be a separate axis. Provisionally placed after Late S1 (= "Consultation + Validation"); its exact position is [OPEN — Alpha scope] pending leadership confirmation, and the divider moves with that call.
