Magical Moment
When repeated confusion is detected, the platform visibly simplifies and offers an alternate explanation beyond text — graphs, calculators, other data visualizations — so the borrower can continue. The product differentiator: "this thing gets me." The same visualizations are also borrower-initiated on demand ("pick your own adventure"), not only triggered by detected confusion — reactive surfacing is MVP; on-demand access is a fast-follow, not required for the S1 MVP build.
