The borrower uploads supporting documents — tax returns, pay stubs, W-2, government ID — to build a portable financial profile that feeds income/asset verification, lender submission, or a professional handoff. Access is account-gated and reuses the Clarity Report's permission engine rather than a separate model; a verified co-borrower/spouse can get scoped add/download/manage rights, logged and revocable. External-party access (professionals, advisors) is deferred to S4 by GLBA/SSN clearance and external identity, not by the mechanism.
