Clarity Report
A downloadable, branded PDF takeaway of the borrower's scenarios, trade-offs, assumptions, inputs, and disclaimers — a takeaway, not the product itself. Authenticated borrowers can also share it (plus its calculators, glossary, and graphs) via email, text, or link; sharing requires an account. Access is relationship-gated and trackable: the recipient's verified relationship to the borrower (Co-borrower / Authorized professional / Viewer) sets viewing/editing rights, every open and action is logged, and elevated rights unlock only after identity verification.
