Archetype Adaptation
Classify the borrower into an archetype to adapt how the conversation is presented — tone, pacing, and which explanations/framings resonate — never which scenarios are generated, their figures, their order, or any recommendation; scenarios stay parallel paths. The personalization layer, explicitly bounded so it can never become steering — verified by an anti-steering eval and the Perceived-Neutrality metric.
