Hardship Disclosure
Hardship captured only from the borrower's own words — death, job or income loss, behind on payments — never asked for. It activates the priority stack (staying in the home tops every economic constraint, including rate protection) and unlocks the servicer referral only if they ask. Held with care, never echoed back (D12, POC-78).
