Card Table
The card's two-sided table: ["Now", "New"] for a replacement, ["Your 1st (kept)", "New 2nd"] stacked for a second lien (§8.2 R1). Interest type lives in the row label when both sides share it, per cell when they differ (§8.2 R2).
